However, if something doesn’t feel right, you may request a return under the terms below. Returns We accept returns only under limited conditions. Eligibility

β€’ Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery (based on the courier tracking date).

β€’ Items must be:

β€’ Unworn, unwashed, and unused

β€’ Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

β€’ Free of stains, perfume, or visible damage Not Eligible for Return

β€’ Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price

β€’ Customized or altered garments

β€’ Requests made after the 3-day window

2. Include:

β€’ Clear photos of the item

β€’ Your order number and invoice copy Important Notes

β€’ Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

β€’ Once approved, returns must be shipped within 2 days.

β€’ If the returned item does not meet the conditions mentioned above, the refund will be declined and the product returned to you at your expense. Refunds

β€’ After your returned item arrives and is inspected, we will notify you of the approval status within 5–7 business days.

β€’ Approved refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 6 months.

β€’ Store credit can be used on any non-sale product through our website.

β€’ Shipping charges are non-refundable. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order is received damaged or incorrect:

β€’ We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
